1.
After clicking the appropriate Buy Now button below, you
will be asked to enter the number of team members
(quantity) and complete payment.
2. Your Consultant will contact you
within 24 hours and provide you with detailed
step-by-step instructions for yourself and your team
members to complete the online assessments. All team
members will require access to the internet. Completing
the assessment requires 20-30 minutes per team member.
3.
Once all team members have completed their online
assessment, we will contact each team member to provide
them with their Myers Briggs Type Indicator
®
Step II Interpretive Report as an Adobe PDF
® file attachment.
This e-mail will also include instructions for arranging
their telephone
interpretation and coaching session (included in the price of
the team report) at a time that
is convenient for them. The option to receive
interpretation and coaching via e-mail is also offered.
4.
Your Consultant will assist each team member with verifying
their type and provide them with a
debriefing of
their results to help them understand how
to apply your Myers Briggs Type Indicator
® results in
both everyday life and the context of their team or work
unit.
5. Once all team members have completed their individual
debriefing, we will provide you with the comprehensive
MBTI ®
Team Report and offer you an additional telephone
consultation to debrief the contents of the Team Report.
